03/28/12 On Friday, March 23rd at 12:53 a.m. Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to 320 East LaPorte Street in regards to some unknown subjects that has knocked out a window and entered the residence there. Officer Ryan Richey along with other City officers responded to the scene.
During their investigation at the scene, 30 year old Adam Risner of Winamac, 46 year old Maximino Mata, and 45 year old Crystal Brink both of Bailey Street were arrested for burglary. A male juvenile was also arrested for burglary, possession of marijuana and minor consuming.
A short time later at 3:43 City Officers were dispatched to 719 Broadway Street for an unwanted guest. When Officer Richey arrived on the scene he could several people yelling in the backyard of the residence. As the officer went around to the backyard, one male subject attempted to flee on foot. After a short foot pursuit, 39 year old Benton C. Howard of Lake Cicott was arrested for resisting law enforcement. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and arrested for resisting.
