10/16/12 Fitness Forum at LifePlex a Medical Fitness Facility in Plymouth, Indiana is hosting a Pink Pumpkin painting event to help raise awareness of Breast Cancer. Participants may paint a pink pumpkin and make a donation of their choice to Ounce of Prevention a not – for – profit organization. Ounce of Prevention raises funds to offer support to those fighting breast cancer disease in Marshall County.
A special addition to this year’s event will be survivors of breast cancer are invited to paint a pumpkin and sign the wing of the breast cancer dragster car that will be sitting outside the Lifeplex from noon until 6pm.
The Paint your Pumpkin Pink event will be held on October 18th from noon – until 8pm at the LifePlex in Plymouth, Indiana. Pink pumpkins were donated by Hensler Nursery and the paint for the event is donated by Sherwin Williams in Plymouth, Indiana. The Breast Cancer Race Car is owned and raced by Don and Nancy Buford.
