08/16/12 People’s University is co-op of education designed to offer Marshall County residents an opportunity to engage in lifelong learning.  The class schedule includes all kinds of subjects, from science and technology to the arts, history, health and fitness.  Classes are open to anyone interested, and have nominal fees, if any. Last year, People’s University offered a phenomenal 145 classes, with approximately 500 students taking advantage of this unique learning opportunity.  Our Fall Semester runs from September 10 – October 31.  Returning favorites include:
