01/23/12  On Wednesday, January 18th about 3:20pm, Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer of the Plymouth Police Department responded to Wal-Mart on North Oak Drive when she received a call of a possible shoplifter.  Upon arrival Officer Gilmer met with suspect Dwayne K. Lawson 51, of Knox, and after an investigation was conducted Lawson was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for theft, a Class D Felony.  Lawson was given a $1000.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on February 21st at 8:30am.

Then later in the evening on the 18th around 5:50pm, Officer Gary Cleveland responded to Wal-Mart after loss prevention detained Timothy Fish 48, of Rochester for shoplifting.  It was found that Fish concealed paint brushes and gloves into his coat, and then attempted to exit the store.   Fish was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for theft, a Class D Felony, and was given a $1000.00 cash bond for his release.  Fish is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on January 31st at 8:30am.
