08/13/12 On Tuesday, August 7th Christopher Z. Warren 29, of Plymouth was arrested for battery resulting in bodily injury on a dependent child after a complainant came to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, August 6th stating that Warren had abused the dependent child in the evening hours of Monday, August 5th. Witnesses state that they observed the abuse and that Mr. Warren struck the victim several times on the back with his hands and fist.
Christopher Warren is being held at the Marshall County Jail where he is charged with battery, a Class D Felony and Neglect of a Dependent, a Class C Felony. Warren’s bond is set at $20,000.00
