02/13/12 On Thursday, February 9th at approximately 4 a.m. the Marshall County Dispatch Center received a report of two subjects who were possibly fighting at the intersection of Michigan and 4A Roads. Officers from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to the area and located two suspects. Through an investigation it was determined that one of the suspects, Daniel Henderson of Plymouth was in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a scheduled II controlled substance. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for possession of marijuana and possession of a scheduled II controlled substance. Henderson’s bond was set at $1,000. He has a court date of March 20th in Superior Court #2.
