06/21/12 On Monday, June 18th at 9:22pm, Officer Jesse Pippenger of the Plymouth Police department received a report that a male was driving nude in the area of Family Express.
The caller advised the dispatch center that the driver propositioned her while she was pumping gas. She also advised that the male was possibly intoxicated.
While searching the area Officer Pippenger located the suspect’s vehicle on Lake Avenue and initiated the traffic stop. As Officer Pippenger approached the vehicle he noticed the driver was not wearing any clothes. After an investigation, the driver identified as Jeffrey E. Samuels 37, of Plymouth was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated and Public Indecency nudity in public place.
Samuels’s bond was set at $1500.00 cash and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on July 3rdat 8:30am.

Has anyone else noticed that this guy is on the sex offender registry and listed as a sexually violent predator? His charges were for attempted rape! Thank goodness he was stopped before he was able to attack some helpless citizen of Plymouth!!!

I hope they do a toxicology report. Sounds like the latest trend of ‘bath salts’ with folks stripping and doing everything from verbal and physical assault to cannibalism.
