02/24/12 46 year old Michael L. Berger of 4th Road in Plymouth was arrested Wednesday, February 22nd at 11:31 p.m. following a routine traffic stop.
Plymouth Officer Jordan Rans was on routine patrol and conducted a traffic stop in the parking lot of Auto Zone on North Michigan Street. During the investigation it was discovered that Mr. Berger has a suspended license. He was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Driving While Suspended with a prior charge.
Michael Berger will appear in Marshall Superior Court II on March 20th.
