10/23/12 On Saturday, October 20th at 2:30 PM the Marshall County Dispatch received a report of a male subject sleeping in his vehicle in a parking lot near Lincoln Highway and Queen Road. Patrolman Joe Giordano with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department made contact with the driver later identified as 31 year old Mark Selner of Plymouth. During his investigation it was discovered that Selner was in possession of a controlled substance. During a vehicle inventory search it was found that Mr. Selner had an illegal drug lab relating to meth in the vehicle as well as several stolen items. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail on receiving stolen property ,possession of a schedule II controlled substance and illegal drug lab. Mark Selner is being held in the jail on a bond of $3,005.
