10/24/12  On Sunday, October 21st Patrolman Les McFarland with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to Peach and 19th Roads in reference to a motorcycle accident.  44 year old Terrance A. Robbins of Plymouth the driver of a 1982 Harley-Davidson Motorcycle said he was traveling southbound on Peach Road when a deer entered his path and he was unable to avoid the collision.   Further investigation of the crash revealed that Mr. Robbins did not have insurance or a motorcycle endorsement.

A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutors Office for review. Robbins picked-up at the scene by Culver EMS and transported to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth for treatment of his injuries.
