01/03/12 The Plymouth Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Tuesday, January 3rd at 7 p.m. and 7:30 respectfully in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
The Plan Commission doesn’t have any specific issues to discuss, it’s mainly a reorganizational meeting with the election of officers and setting the meeting date and time for 2012. They will approve the September 2011 meeting minutes, the last time they met.
The Plymouth Board of Zoning Appeals will begin at 7:30 with the election of officers and setting meeting date and times for this new year. They are expected to approve the December 6th meeting minutes and do have a variance of development standard application to review. Chris and Don Marohn are seeking a variance to allow a lot to have access off of a 20 foot easement at 1800 Jim Neu Drive in the Plymouth Industrial Park.
