11/29/12 The Plymouth Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Tuesday, December 4th beginning at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

Collins Leasing on North Oak Road has submitted an application for a minor subdivision to split the current parcel into two new parcels that would be knows as Parkview West and East, located at 202 and 302 Novelty Street and 1301 and 1401 North Center Street.  This area is zoned C-3 Corridor Commercial.

Plan Commission members will also get an update from City Attorney Sean Surrisi on the Comprehensive Plan update project.

At 7:30 the BZA will meet to consider the request of Rigaberto Ramirez and Maria Guadalupe Martinez of 607 North Fourth Street have filed an application for a variance of development standard to reduce the side yard setback from the standard of 10 feet to 3 feet to construct a garage.  The property is zoned R-3 Traditional Residential.

City BZA members will also approve the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law on the Drendalyn Ortiz variance at 1505 West Jefferson Street and one for Bill and Janet Smith at 416 South Michigan Street.

Both the Plymouth Plan Commission and BZA are open to the public for comments and questions.
