09/17/12 On Thursday, September 13th Plymouth Police Officer Jesse Pippenger made contact with 49 year old Benjamin T. Keilman of Plymouth who had an active warrant through Marshall County for civil contempt. Mr. Keilman was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $9,000 bond.
At 9:24 PM Thursday Officer Gary Cleveland observed 27 year old Martin Garcia operating a vehicle with no headlights on. Officer Cleveland initiated a traffic stop and discovered that Mr. Garcia had been adjudged a habitual traffic violator and was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail with bond set at $3,005.
