07/06/12  On Sunday, July 1st at 8:58pm, Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman of the Plymouth Police Department arrested Tessa L. Mullins 37, of Plymouth when she was found to be driving with a suspended driver’s license after a traffic stop was conducted in front of the residence of 1509 Harrison Street in Plymouth.  Mullins was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in and given a $750.00 cash bond for her release, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on August 28th at 8:30am.

 

On Sunday July 1st Plymouth Police Officers arrested Diago Cervantes Peinado 27, of Plymouth after a traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Cleveland Street.  It was found that Mr. Cervantes was driving a vehicle without ever receiving a license, and was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $250.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on August 28th at 8:30am.

 

On Monday, July 2nd, at 6:20pm, Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan Street and Laporte Street.  Driver Jorge Mencias-Valle 18, of Plymouth was arrested after it was found that he was driving a vehicle without ever receiving a license.  Valle was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $250.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on August 28th at 8:30am.

 

On Tuesday, July 3rd at 6:44pm, Plymouth Police Officer Pippenger responded to Plymouth Hospital’s Emergency Room to speak with Brian R. Braden 34, of Plymouth.  After a short investigation Braden was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting law enforcement.  He was given a $1000.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on July 31st at 8:30am.

 

On Wednesday, July 4th at 10:42pm, Officer Derek Workman arrested Danny L. Steinke 34, of Plymouth after a traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Laporte Street and Fifth Street.  It was found that Steinke was driving with a suspended license, and was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $1500.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on August 28th at 8:30am.
