02/06/12  On Friday, January 27th around 7:48pm, K-9 Officer Weir of the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Liberty Street and Ferndale. It was found that driver, Seth Enders 39, of Plymouth was driving the vehicle with a suspended license. When K-9 Rex walked around the vehicle he indicated a presence of some type of narcotics. After a search was preformed several items of paraphernalia was found. Enders was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia, possession of paraphernalia with intent to introduce a controlled substance and driving while suspended with a prior infraction. Enders was given a $2000.00 cash bond, which was paid on January 27th at 10:00pm, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 February 28th at 8:30am.

On Saturday, January 28th at 2:50am, the Marshall County 911 Center received a call in reference to a vehicle traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of US 30. Plymouth Police Officer Jordan Rans located the vehicle on US 30 and Pioneer Drive. His investigation led to the arrest of Jason P. Turek 36, of Olean, New York. Turek was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15% or more, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and public intoxication and was given a $1000.00 cash bond. Turek was released on January 30th at 3:05am due to no judicial review, and was given a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on February 7th at 8:30am.

Just a short time later on Saturday, January 28th around 3:33am, Sergeant Joe Diesch of the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of North Michigan Street. After an investigation Jessica M. Brooks 25, of Amboy, Indiana and Anthony R. Faulkner 31, of Wabash, Indiana were arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where Brooks was booked in for Possession of a Scheduled I Controlled Substance without Doctor Order close to a school/public and public intoxication.  She was given a $20,000.00 cash bond and Faulkner was booked in for Possession of a Scheduled Controlled Substance without Doctor Order new school/public and resisting law enforcement-flees after ordered to stop.  He was also given a $20,000.00 cash bond.

On Sunday, January 29th around 2:40 pm, Patrolman DeLee of the Plymouth Police Department responded to Wal-Mart on North Oak Drive where he arrested Kirk M. Kronewitter 47, of North liberty for shoplifting. Kronewitter was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for theft, a Class D Felony, and was given a $1000.00 cash bond. A scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on February 21st at 8:30am.

On Tuesday, January 31st at 2:32am, Officer Wally Deerfield of the Plymouth Police Department investigated a suspicious person in the area of Water Street and Washington Street. It was found that Ricky Billings 50, of Plymouth was wanted on a Parole Violation. Billings was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he is being held with no bond set at this time.

On Tuesday, January 31st at 6:00pm, Officer Pippenger of the Plymouth Police department responded to Wal-Mart in reference to two female shoplifters. Upon arrivingSamantha J. Powers 18, of Argos was taken into custody for theft and a 17 year old female was released to her mother. Powers was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for theft and given a $1000.00 cash bond, which was paid on January 31st at 11:00pm. Flowers is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on February 28th at 8:30am.

On Tuesday, January 31st at around 8:42pm, Allison M. Rosas 21, of Plymouth was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail after it was found that she had a warrant out of Marshall County for failure to appear on a misdemeanor. There is no bond set at this time.
