02/13/12  On Friday, February 3rd, around 8:50 pm, Officer Pippenger from the Plymouth Police Department arrested Paul A. Williams 29, of Knox for a shoplifting at Wal-Mart, located at 2505 North Oak Drive in Plymouth. Once he was taken into custody, Williams was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for theft, a Class D felony. Williams was given a $1000.00 cash bond for his release and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on March 6th at 8:30am.

On Sunday, February 5th, around 10:24pm, Officer Cleveland of the Plymouth Police Department made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of South Michigan Street and Williams Street for a speeding vehicle. Passenger Adam C. Menceely 33, of Argos was found to have an active warrant out of Marshall County for failure to appear/fines and costs. Menceely paid his $189.00 cash bond and was released on the same date at 11:05pm.

On Monday, February 6th at 11:34pm, Officer Deerfield of the Plymouth Police Department arrested Abraham D. Milton, 28 of Plymouth after a 911 call was received in reference to the male subject. Milton was taken into custody on Pioneer Drive and was booked in with two charges of Public Intoxication, Resisting law enforcement with a deadly weapon, and was given a $1000.00 cash bond.   Milton was released on February 7th when is bond was paid. A scheduled court appearance is set for February 28th at 8:30am in Marshall county Superior court #2.

On February 7th around 3:21pm, Officer Shanna Gilmer of the Plymouth Police Department responded to the intersection of Lincolnway and Leslie Street when she was notified of a wanted male subject later identified as Marcos F. Salinas 24, of Plymouth. Salinas had three active warrants out of Marshall County for probation violations, and had an additional charge of false informing when Salinas provided a false name and birth date during the investigation. At this time there is no bond set for the three warrant charges and was given an additional $1500.00 cash bond for the false informing. Salinas is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on March 3rd at 8:30am.

On Wednesday, February 8th around 8:35pm, Officer Shanna Gilmer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Michigan Street in the Red-D-Mart parking lot. It was found that driver Adam Minch 36, of Plymouth was in possession of a controlled substance. Minch was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $1000.00 cash bond. Minch is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on March 6th at 8:30am.
