05/09/12  On Thursday May 3rd, around 4:30pm Corporal Bridget Hite of the Plymouth Police Department responded to Wal-Mart on North Oak Drive after receiving a call that a male subject was having trouble walking and was falling down.  Upon arrival Officer Hite met with Marvin R. Keyser 58, of Knox. It appeared at that time Mr. Keyser was intoxicated.  Keyser was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for public intoxication and disorderly conduct and was given a $500.00 cash bond.  He is scheduled to appearance on May 29th at 8:30am in Marshall County Superior Court II.

On Thursday, May 3rd at 8:46pm, K-9 Officer John Weir was dispatched to the north side of the Plymouth Public Library in reference to a female that was later identified as Alicia N. Lewis 19, of Plymouth that appeared to be sick.  Upon arrival Officer Weir spoke with the crying female and found that she had an odor of alcoholic on her breath.  It was found that Lewis also had two active warrants out of Marshall County for a failure to appear on a misdemeanor and a failure to appear on a felony. Lewis was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for the two warrants and illegal consumption of alcohol.  She was scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on May 22nd, at 8:30am.

On Friday, May 4th the Plymouth Police Department received a call in reference to a female shoplifter.  Upon arriving Officer Derek Workman placed Angela R. May 42, of Knox under arrest for theft.  While in custody Workman found three precursors in her possession used to manufacture methamphetamines, and she was intoxicated.  May was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for theft, public intoxication, and an illegal drug lab and was given a $3000.00 cash bond.  A probable cause was read to May on May 6th at 12:00pm and she is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on June 26th at 8:30am.

On Saturday, May 5th at around 10:15pm Officer Paul Stamper of the Plymouth Police Department arrested Jonathan W. Price 33, of Plymouth in the intersection of West Harrison Street and 8th Street for invasion of privacy and a Marshall County warrant for civil contempt.  Price was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $2400.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on May 22nd at 8:30am.

On Sunday morning May 6th at around 7:30am, Officer Chris Miller of the Plymouth Police Department responded to a call stating that a female was sleeping on the walking bridge on East LaPorte Street.  After an investigation it was found that Daniela Tapia 25, of Chicago, Illinois was intoxicated.  Tapia was transported to the Marshall Count Jail where she was booked in for public intoxication and contributing to the delinquency of a minor and was given a $2,250 cash bond.  Tapia is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on June 12th at 8:30am.
