06/26/12 Last Wednesday afternoon Plymouth Officer Ray West was called to Wal-Mart for a shoplifter.  53 year old Mary Ann Badzmierowksi-Rocco of Knox was arrested for switching price tags on merchandise at the store.  She was booked into the County Jail for Theft with a $1,500 cash bond at 3:05 p.m. and released an hour and a half later after paying the bond.  She is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court I on July 24th.

Friday morning about 11:30 Plymouth Officer John Weir was following up on a complaint of a door to door salesman.  Officer Weir located the salesman near Webster Avenue and Bayless Street, 19 year old Paul Mahoney from Springfield Missouri.  Running information on the subject it was discovered that he had a felony warrant out of Missouri.   Mahoney was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on no bond as a Fugitive From Justice.

About 7:45 Friday evening Officer Jason Dobbins was dispatched to 300 Jackson Heights Road for the complaint of a battery. 18 year old Clayton Thrasher of the same address was arrested for Resisting Law Enforcement and   transported to the jail.  His bond was set at $1,000.  He was released on Sunday at 8:15 p.m. with No Judicial Review.  Thrasher is scheduled to appear in Superior Court II on July 31st.

Officer Gary Cleveland conducted a traffic stop Friday night about 8:25 near Michigan and Jefferson Streets.  25 year old Kyle Lawson of North Liberty was found to be wanted on a Marshall County warrant for civil contempt.  He was transported to the jail and booked on a $3,900 cash bond.  His vehicle was impounded and during the search of the vehicle a controlled substance was located.  Lawson was also booked for Possession of a Scheduled II narcotic with an additional $3,000 bond.  He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court II on July 3rd.

Saturday morning about 10:20 Plymouth officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Indiana Street for a dispute call.  Officer Mark Owen arrested 19 year old Candy Sosa Witt and 20 year old Xavier Witt for Disorderly Conduct.  Both were booked into the Marshall County Jail with $500 cash bonds each.  Mrs. Witt was able to bond out about 12:50 Saturday afternoon. Both are scheduled to appear in Superior Court II on July 17th.

Saturday evening Officer Cleveland responded to the area of Jefferson and Beerenbrook Streets for the complaint of a possible intoxicated driver.  53 year old Emil Robarge of Pearl Street was located driving a pick-up truck while his wife, 49 year old Carrie Robarge was riding in the back of the truck.  Emil was arrested for Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated and Possession of Marijuana.  His bond was set at $1,500 while his wife was charged with Public Intox, Resisting Law Enforcement and Battery-non-injury to Law Enforcement.  Her bond was set at $1,000.
