12/03/12 The Plymouth School Board will meet on Tuesday, December 4 at 7:00 p.m. in the Administration Board Room. As always, the meeting is open to the public; however, comments from the audience are restricted to agenda items only.

Agenda items include considerations of the roll over of administrators’ and the superintendent’s contracts. The Board is expected to appoint a member to the Library Board and a member to the Redevelopment Commission. The appointment of the Redevelopment representative is a carryover from the November 6 meeting. At that meeting, the matter was tabled pending the results from the general election in which there was one contested seat.

The Board will hear reports on SAT/ACT scores as well as follow-ups on the previous graduating class. An additional report will focus on ENL and migrant offerings.

Considerations will also be given to an agreement with IHCP (Indiana Health Care Provider), a resolution to advertise for temporary warrants, and an end-of-the-year resolution to transfer funds and pre-write checks.

The meeting site is fully accessible.
