10/11/12 Ed Kennedy, owner of the Plymouth Speedway wants to thank the race fans for a great season!
Plymouth Speedway was the place to be weekends this year. From their Friday night asphalt programs to the Saturday night dirt races, Nitro Crash O Rama’s and Nitrocross they saw many new faces and lots of familiar ones which thrilled them enormously.
Most of you know by now that Plymouth Speedway will be a Saturday night Dirt Track for the 2013 season. This was a tough decision for Ed Kennedy to make with him running races on asphalt all of his life. But he feels that it is the best business decision to make the change to Saturdays on Dirt.
The track would like to thank all the owners, drivers and fans that supported the Friday night asphalt programs for the past 2 years. And they hope you will continue to come out on Saturday nights to be entertained. They will be running Modifieds and 600 Mini Sprints weekly along with 2 other classes to be announced. Plymouth Speedway will be bringing in some Sprint Car specials along with the Nitro Crash O Rama’s and other special events throughout the 2013 season.
