01/05/12 On Saturday, December 30th at approximately 4:55pm, the Plymouth Police Department received a call stating that there was a possible intoxicated female that was attempting to remove items from the Dollar General Store located at 2015 North Michigan Street. When Corporal Bridget Hite arrived on scene she found that Tonia Sobieck 43, of Plymouth was leaving the store with several hidden items. Sobieck was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for theft. Mrs. Sobieck’s bond was set at $1,000.00 cash. Sobieck is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on January 24th at 8:30am.
