10/12/12 On Tuesday, October 2nd at 4:11 AM Plymouth Police Officer Ryan Richey discovered broken glass in the front door of Dollar General located at 328 North Kingston Road. During his investigation revealed from surveillance that a male subject had thrown a fire extinguisher through the window and entered the building and then exited after the audible alarm was activated.
Further investigation by Detective Leo Mangus determined that the fire extinguisher used in this incident had been stolen from the Pointe Apartments located on Kingston Road. Video surveillance at the Pointe showed that 18 year old Allen E. Biggers of Montery also a tenant at the Point had stolen the extinguisher at 3:09 AM on October 2nd. Mr. Biggers was located and questioned on Thursday, October 4th and taken into custody for burglary and criminal mischief. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail with cash bond set at $10,000.
