05/14/12 On Wednesday, May 9th at 3:51pm, Officer Derek Workman of the Plymouth Police Department arrested Mellissa K. White 40, of Plymouth for an outstanding warrant through Marshall County after she was seen on the back of a motorcycle near the intersection of Michigan Street and Washington Street. White who was aware that she was wanted on the failure to appear warrant was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in with a $203.00 cash bond. She has a scheduled court appearance on May 15th at 8:30am in Marshall County Superior Court #2.
Then on Thursday, May 10th at approximately 3:50pm Officer Jason Dobbins of the Plymouth Police Department arrested Robert Sumpter 24, of Plymouth in the area of Harrison Street and 7th Street for an outstanding warrant on a Probation violation. Sumpter was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with no bond. No court date has been set at this time.
