03/05/12 On Friday, March 2nd PHS hosted three community members as part of the Principal for a Day program within Plymouth Community School Corporation.  This year’s principals were: Dave Ferguson of Stone Creek Homes, Maggie Twomey of the Mayor’s Office, and Linda Yoder from the Marshall County Community Foundation and the United Way.

As part of the program each guest principal spent time with a PHS administrator touring the building and observing classrooms, heard an update on the future of education at PHS, had an opportunity to see student work presented, and had a question and answer session with the class presidents of the freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior classes.

The guest principals then met at the Plymouth Community School Corporation administration building for lunch with the principals and guest principals from the other PCSC schools, Superintendent Dan Tyree, Assistant Superintendent Rodger Smith, and Curriculum Intern Carrie Cannon.  At this lunch each guest principal shared what they learned from visiting the schools.
