04/25/12 On Thursday, April 19th Patrolman Jeff Snyder of the Marshall County Police Department conducted an investigation after receiving a complaint of a possible violation of a sex offender residing in Argos. During the investigation it was discovered that the offender, Dusty Swank had been residing at an Argos address since December 2011 when he had a registered address in Plymouth. After determining that a violation of the required sex offender registration had been committed, a report was forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor for potential criminal charges.
