Radio Auction Raises $8,393 for Football Program at PHS

October 19, 2012
By

10/19/12 Last Friday night as the Plymouth Rockies Football Team took on the Northwood Panthers for a battle of the NLC Conference Title WTCA was able to present a check to the school.

Kathy Bottorff from WTCA and Tonda Ellis, Radio Auction Chairman presented a check to the Plymouth High School Football Fund in the amount of $8,393…representing the proceeds from the Football Radio Auction held in August.  The funds are solely for the football programs at Plymouth High School.  Part of the money is used to feed the teams after away football games.  Coach John Barron also can use the funds for equipment needs, transportation need and the senior trip.

This year’s football moms would like to thank those who donated items to the auction and all of you who bid and helped up raise the money.  Tonda Ellis and Kathy Bottorff would also like to thank the moms who worked on the radio auction.
