The Riverside Rockets 5th Grade Basketball A team defeated Bremen on Thursday night 38 – 2. Scoring for the Rockets were Trey Galloway with 12, Adam Hunter with 8, Zephan Nixon with 6, Kendall Himes and Grant Houin with 4, and Brady Hissong and Tolman Mills with 2. Dane Funston, Kameron VanLue, and Joseph Styers led the defensive attack.
The Riverside B team also defeated Bremen 12-6. Scoring for the Rockets were Andy Rostron with 6, Nick Craft with 4, and Kameron Ray with 2.
The Riverside Rockets next game will be Thursday, November 29 at Riverside Intermediate School. It will be an A game only, followed by the 6th Grade A game only vs. Oregon Davis. Come out and support your Rockets!
