11/05/12 On Friday, November 2nd at 9:20 AM Plymouth Police Officer Mark Owen conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Baker and Fairbanks Streets. The driver, 28 year old Carlos C. Sanchez of Plymouth was found to be driving without a license. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $255 bond.
