06/12/12 On Saturday, June 9th at 12:08am, Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to the down town area in reference to an intoxicated male subject with no shirt on that was swinging and threatening bystanders. The subject, later determined to be Jeffrey H. Jackson 30, of Plymouth was located at Center and LaPorte Streets. Mr. Jackson was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Public Intoxication. His bond was set at $500.00 cash, and he is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on June 26th.
Saturday afternoon around 2:00pm the Plymouth Police Department received a call in reference to a woman who had an active warrant and was in town. Michelle Watkins 39, of Plymouth was located in the 900 block of West Garro Street. She was wanted on a Marshall County warrant. Sergeant Mark Owens located Watkins and placed her under arrest. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for failure to appear on cost and fines. Her bond was set at $165.00 cash. A second warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation for Ms. Watkins was located and she was given no bond on that charge.
Later Saturday afternoon June 9th at 4:23pm, Officer Jesse Pippenger responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a female shoplifter. Upon arrival he took Amanda Bowen 26, of Lakeville into custody and transported her to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for theft, a Class D felony. Her bond was set at $1,500.00 and Amanda Bowen is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court I on July 10th.
