08/10/11 This Saturday, the Plymouth Farmers’ Market will feature the popular band, Sentimental Journey, performing at 9:30. Under the direction of Steve Weissert, the big-band era group plays some tunes from the ‘50’s and ‘60’s but much of the music they play was made famous by composers and band leaders Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Cole Porter and Duke Ellington. Tap your toes, sing along or dance.
