05/22/12 Friday night about 9:45 the Plymouth Police Department received a complaint of a male shoplifter at Wal Mart. The subject had exited the store and was running south. Plymouth Police Officer Bridget Hite located the subject running in the parking lot of Sherwood Tire. She exited the vehicle and ordered the suspect to stop but he kept running. The suspect attempted to enter a vehicle that was waiting for the light to change at Oak Drive and US 30. Officer Hite exited her vehicle again and a short foot pursuit began with the suspect running across US 30. Officer Hite and Officer Derek Workman both ordered the suspect to stop.
The suspect, 39 year old Seth Enders of Plymouth was tased by officers and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was incarcerated for theft, resisting law enforcement and possession of paraphernalia.
