12/19/12  On Friday, December 14th at approximately 8:50 PM the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a 911 call in reference to a male subject in a home on Hickory Road that had allegedly pointed a firearm at his step-daughter and threatened to shoot her.

Officer’s from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, Argos Police Department and Bourbon Police Department responded to the scene.  Deputy Les McFarland conducted the investigation where it is alleged 40 year old, Donald F. Kulcsar of Argos had got upset over the children being noisy and pointed an unloaded firearm at his step-daughter and allegedly threatening to shoot her.

Mr. Kulcsar was arrested for neglect of a dependent and pointing a firearm at a person.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail on a $1,505 bond.

A case report will be forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office along with the Division of Family and Children
