06/01/12  On Sunday, May 27th at 12:01am, Officer Stamper of the Plymouth Police Department investigated a battery complaint in the 800 block of Sycamore Street.  An investigation led to the arrest of Renan A. Hernandez 18, of Plymouth for battery resulting in bodily injury. Hernandez was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in with a $750.00 cash bond.   She is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on June 19th at 8:30am.

On Sunday, May 27th at 4:03am, Corporal Taberski received information from the Bourbon Police Department that Daniel J. Wilson 20, of Plymouth had an active warrant through Marshall County for failure to appear on a misdemeanor.  They said he was at a residence in the 200 block of Lake Avenue. Wilson was located by Officer Hite and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in and held with no bond set.

A couple of hours later on Sunday, at 6:12am, Plymouth Officer Paul Stamper arrested 21 year old Jeremy Morrison of Plymouth for domestic battery in the 900 block of South Michigan Street. Morrison was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $1500.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on June 19th at 8:30am.

Sunday evening May 27th at 8:19pm, Officer Gary Cleveland responded to a disturbance call at the Red Rock Inn on North Michigan Street.   After his investigation, Lela Francis 43, of Plymouth was placed under arrest for an active warrant out of Marshall County for civil contempt with a $4,000.00 cash bond. Francis was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she will be held until the cash bond is paid.
