10/25/12 On Monday, October 22nd at 11:49 AM Plymouth Police Officer John Weir conducted a traffic stop on 44 year old Ronald Scott of Plymouth for an equipment violation. After further investigation it was discovered that Mr. Scott had an active warrant out of Kosciusko County for Criminal Conversion. Scott was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held for Kosciusko County.
Later Monday afternoon at 2:46 Officer Jesse Pippenger observed 36 year old Justin C. Holzwart of Plymouth at 401 North Center Street and placed him in custody for an active warrant through Marshall County for failure to appear. Mr. Holzwart was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held without bond.
On Wednesday, October 24th at 6:00 AM Officer Pippenger arrested 33 year old Jamie S. Wacasey of Plymouth at 1420 West Madison Street for an active warrant through Marshall County for Civil Contempt. Wacasey was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $100 bond.
