06/07/12 Former Southern Gospel Quartet singer Doyle Ramsey performed solo at the Plymouth Miller’s Campus on Wednesday, June 7th.  He performed at the assisted living at 10:30 a.m. and at the nursing facility later in the day.

Ramsey has a smooth, clear, calming voice as he sings a mixture of traditional and southern gospel music.  He opened his concert with “God Is Good” and went right into “Great Is They Faithfulness”.

Ramsey was able to share his testimony between the up tempo songs he sang.  He continued singing favorites such as “It Is No Secret”, “Do Lord” and “Anybody, Anywhere, Anytime”.  He also encouraged those in the audience to remember that everyone is here for a reason.

“As a Christian your ministry is never done,” said Ramsey.  “As long as you can smile or pray or listen – you can still minister.  Smiles never run out and you can give them to everyone.”

Ramsey will return to Plymouth Miller’s on Friday, November 16, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at the assisted living and 2:15 p.m. at the nursing facility.  To find out about more events open to the public call 574-936-9801 and ask for Anna Corbett or Cindy Flagg.
