You know what, concerned123, I don't feel you do know the situation. I don't feel I should have to roll my car windows up every time I drive by him so my daughter doesn't hear the profanity he constantly spews. Nor, do I feel it's right when my family walks through town, that we have to cross the street when we see him approaching because he & his dog are so unpredictable. So, do I understand that you feel our law enforcement officers should just ignore the safety of the community, and only look out for drugs and drug offenders. Oh, and what happens when this UNVACCINATED dog bites you or one of your loved ones, then who will be the first one to cry, "Why didn't the cops do something about that before now?" I think if you would read the police reports in the press, you would see our men & women in law enforcement do a fine job of policing the drug problem, no, it's not perfect, and yes, we do have a drug problem - but let me tell you, my family & I sleep very well at night knowing these officers are out there protecting us from ALL the problems our community has. I believe George Orwell said it better: "We sleep safe in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm." And, for the sake of disclosure, NO, I am not a Police Officer, I am a professional in this community - truthfully, I would NOT do the job they do and face what they have to for what they get paid.

Is this FINALLY going to be enough to put that dog down, and lock him up? I like dogs, but enough is enough - he & his "wolf dog" are a blight, and danger to our community. HE has been given enough "breaks", enough with trying to sidestep around him - PROTECT THE REST OF US!

Maybe Mr. Chipman will get to prosecute Mr. Wagner as his first case and can acheive his "second bite of the apple."

I do not know this man nor do I know the whole situation....BUT, I really think the town of Plymouth seems to be more concerned as to what this man and his dog are doing instead of the mad drug problem this town has. There are many dogs in this town that bark out of control, chase cars, snap or bite people and they do not seem to make the news. Leave this man and his dog alone and start going after the real problem around here. Drugs, Drugs, and oh did I mention the drugs?
