01/10/12 Marshall County Coroner Bill Cleavenger released information Monday morning pertaining to the toxicology report for Richard Dennis, the 28 year old driver that was killed on 9th Road in Plymouth on January 3. The report results were negative for any alcohol or drugs. The accident remains under investigation by the County Coroner’s Office and the Indiana State Police.
