12/24/12 Marshall County Corner Bill Cleavenger released information Thursday on the death of the truck driver at the Pilot Truck Stop. Toxicology results have been obtained on the body of Bruce Garrett of Pittsburgh, who was found dead in the cab of his semi-truck at the Pilot Truck Stop in Plymouth on Tuesday, December 11th.
Cleavenger said that Garrett died of natural causes from pre-existing medical conditions. Toxicology tests were negative for drugs or alcohol.
The coroner has ruled the case closed due to natural death.
