11/12/12 On Thursday, November 8th at 11:43 AM, Plymouth Police Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop at 12B and US 30 on a vehicle for an expired plate. Upon making contact with the driver, 29 year old Jeffery M. Lawton of Warsaw it was discovered that he was operating a vehicle while suspended with a prior charge. Lawton was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $755 cash bond.
