Weaver Arrested for Dumping Controlled Substance Waste

02/14/12  On Thursday, February 2^nd about 2:25pm, Officer Shelly Church from the Plymouth Police Department responded to Car Masters on North Michigan Street in Plymouth in reference to a wanted subject that was on the property. Arriving at the scene Officer Church located Scott M. Weaver 26, of  Plymouth and placed him under arrest for a warrant through Marshall County with a charge of Dumping controlled substance waste, and a $1,000.00 cash bond.  During the arrest, Church also charged him with possession of a controlled substance and another $2,000.00 cash bond was added.  The new charge was forwarded to the Prosecutors Office. Weaver is scheduled to appear in Marshall county Superior court #2 on February 14^th at 8:30am.
