09/18/12 Last Friday afternoon about 2:30 Plymouth Police were requested by Lowe’s Home Improvement Store on Pilgrim Lane in reference to a theft.  Officer Jordan Rans began an investigation that lead to the arrest of 31 year old Janet Minix of North Judson.  Minix was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for at 4:20 p.m.  Her bond was set at $1,505 and was paid just after noon on Saturday.  She was release with a court date of October 9th in Superior Court I.

A short time later on Friday afternoon Plymouth Police Officer Gary Cleveland was dispatched to 215 ½ West Adams Street for an issue between a landlord and tenant.  31 year old Robert Warner had been warned multiple times for burning paper near his duplex on West Adams Street.  When the landlord, Jeff Birchmeier went to confront his tenant on the burning, Robert Warner pushed Birchmeier.  Officer Cleveland took the battery complaint and left the area. Mr. Warner decided to start another fire.  Plymouth Police were called again and Mr. Warner was arrested for criminal mischief and battery.   He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $505 cash bond.   Warner was released Sunday afternoon just before 5 p.m. with no judicial review.  Warner has an October 2nd court date in Marshall Superior Court II.

Saturday evening about 7:40 Officer Steve DeLee with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to Wal-Mart.  Wal-Mart Security had stopped two shoplifters.  31 Year old Jessica Groning and 34 year old Michael Krou both of Southwood Drive in Mishawaka were arrested and transported to the County Jail.  Each was held on $1,505 cash bonds with October 2nd court dates in Superior Court I.

On Sunday, September 16th at 1:53 AM Plymouth Police Officer Joe Deisch located 47 year old Donna Carpenter of Plymouth who was known to have three active warrants through Marshall County . Carpenter was arrested for Harassment with phone calls with a bond of $505, Civil Contempt with a bond of $24,600 and Failure to appear with a bond of $268. She was transported and booked into the Marshall County Jail.
