01/25/12 On Saturday, January 21st around 4:45pm, Patrolman Jonathan Bryant of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department attempted to stop a vehicle on Hickory Road near 15th Road.  The vehicle failed to pullover for Patrolman Bryant after his lights and sirens were activated.  A short pursuit ensued where the driver was finally taken into custody near the intersection of Lincoln Highway and Hawthorn Road.  The driver was identified as Dennis M. Elliot 19, of Argos.  Elliot was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Resisting Law Enforcement and reckless driving.  His bond was set at $1000.00 cash and he is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on February 7th at 8:30am. 

On Sunday January 22nd about midnight County Patrolman Brandon Cooper was dispatched to the 11,000 block of Fir Road for a personal injury accident.  Upon arrival, Officer Cooper determined that the driver, Roxane R. Bradley 42, of Bremen was intoxicated.  EMS transported Bradley to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth where she failed a chemical test.  After her release she was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for Operating While Intoxicated with a prior charge, and Operating a Vehicle While Endangering a Person.  Bradley was given a $2,000.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on February 14th at 8:30am.
