02/28/12 On Friday, February 24th at 2:54pm, Officer Shanna Gilmer of the Plymouth Police Department arrested Hunter C. Horvath 18, of Lakeville after she was apprehended by Wal-Mart’s loss prevention for shoplifting.  Horvath was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for theft, a Class D felony, and was given a $1000.00 cash bond.  Horvath was later released on Sunday, February 26th at 3:51pm, with a no judicial review.  She has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #1 will be held on March 27th at 8:30am.

Just a short while later on Friday at 3:57pm, Officer Gilmer made another arrest.   Tori L.  Richard 33, of Plymouth after was taken into custody after she was caught shoplifting at Wal-Mart.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for theft, a Class D felony.  Richard paid her $1,000.00 cash bond on February 24th at 8:50pm, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on March 27th at 8:30am.

On Saturday, February 25th around 5:20pm, Corporal Tim Taberski of the Plymouth Police Department responded to Kroger Food and Drug Store at 2001 North Michigan Street, when it was found that Anthony P. Banks 36, of Plymouth had an active warrant out of Starke County.  Banks was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he will await transportation.

On Sunday, February 26th at 3:26am, Officer Paul Stamper arrested 19 year old Trey D. Martinez of Plymouth.  Martinez was in the area of West Adams Street and North Michigan Street when it was found that he was in possession of a legend drug and was a minor with consumption.  He was transported to the Marshall Jail where he was booked in with a $2,000.00 cash bond.  He has a scheduled court appearance will be held in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on March 13th at 8:30am.
