09/06/12 On Saturday, September 1st at 10:25 PM Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper arrested 52 year old Darwin Linderman of Plymouth on public intoxication charges.  He was transported and booked into the Marshall County Jail with a $500 bond.  He was released on Monday, September 3rd at 10:55 AM with no judicial review.

A short time later at 11:02 PM Officer Jordan Rans conducted a routine traffic stop at Jim Neu and Pioneer Drives on 39 year old Michael S. Bixel of Argos.  After further investigation it was found that Mr. Bixel was in possession of a green, leafy material believed to be marijuana.  He was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail with at $1,500 bond.   Mr. Bixel posted bond on Sunday, September 2nd at 10 PM and was issued a court date on Tuesday, September 18th in Superior II Court.

At 11:22 PM Saturday Officer Tim Taberski responded to the area of Garro and Indiana Streets in reference to a physical altercation.  Arriving at the scene contact was made with 20 year old Trey D. Martinez of Culver who was found to be intoxicated. Mr. Martinez was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $250 bond.  He was released on Sunday, September 2nd at 3:45 AM after posting bond.

On Sunday, September 2nd at 1:17 AM Officer Stamper arrested 26 year old Timothy R. Zick of Plymouth for possession of a controlled substance. He was transported and lodged at the Marshall County Jail with bond set at $3,000.

Later on at 3:22 AM Sunday Officer Stamper conducted a traffic stop at Pioneer Drive and State Road 17 on 36 year old Ruben Guerrero of Bremen. After further investigation Mr. Guerrero was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated as well as operating a vehicle without ever receiving a valid driver’s license. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked with a $250 bond.  He was released at 11:50 PM Sunday after posting his cash bond.

On Monday, September 3rd at 4:42 PM Officer Derek Workman conducted a traffic stop at Jefferson and Third Streets on 33 year old Jonathon Wayne Price of Plymouth.  During his investigation it was found that Mr. Price had an active warrant through Marshall County on a civil contempt.  He was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail with bond set at $880.

A short time later at 5:08 PM Monday Officer Derek Workman responded to State Road 17 in front of Saint Joseph Regional Hospital for a moped accident.  Upon arriving it was determined that the driver of the moped, 53 year old Wayne A. Duffin of Pennsylvania Avenue in Plymouth was intoxicated.   After being treated at the hospital he was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC over .15.   Wayne Duffin was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
