10/16/12 On Sunday, October 14th at 12:21 AM the Marshall County Dispatch Center received a report of a battery that had occurred at the Inwood Mobile Home Park at 10682 Hawthorn Road. Arriving at the scene, Patrolman Nicholas Laffoon was advised that 33 year old James Mulcare of Hawthorne Road had battered a female subject at the residence. After an investigation of the incident Mr. Mulcare was taken into custody for Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $755 bond.
A short time later at 2:04 AM Patrolman Laffoon responded to Club Omega located on Lincoln Highway west of Plymouth after the Marshall County Dispatch Center received a report of a battery that had occurred there. Arriving at the dance hall it was learned from several witnesses that 27 year old Joseph T. Rodriguez of Plymouth had battered another male subject at Club Omega. Mr. Rodriguez had left the club but was later located at the Mayflower Taver. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in on a $755 cash bond.
