01/17/12  Residents of Miller’s Senior Living Community in Plymouth began their 2012 Wii Bowling League Thursday morning, January 12.  Participants gathered in the Recreation Center to have a morning of practice sessions.  Resident Ike Huls was on hand to advise Activity Director the on the proper hook up of the Wii system.  He also gave beginner bowlers tips on proper form and technique.

Those involved had great time learning and laughing together.  They cheered each other on and clapped for each others successes.  High score for the practice session went to Dottie Patz who had never tried Wii bowling before.  Second place went to Annie Minker and third, Cleta Walker.  The group plays on Thursday mornings and Friday afternoons.

For information concerning Miller’s events that are open to the public you may call 574-936-9801 and ask for Anna Corbett or Cindy Flagg.
