05/24/12  There were 16youth who recently graduated from the 2011-2012 Youth Leadership Marshall County class.

The youth experienced several different sessions to help them build their leadership skills and learn about their communities. Some of the sessions taught them about working with other personalities, their local and county governments, entrepreneurship, and community service.

The Youth Leadership Marshall County Advisory Board is currently made up of individuals from the Marshall County Community Foundation, Purdue Extension –Marshall County Office, the Boys and Girls Club of Marshall County, United Way,  Marshall County Middle School Guidance Counselors, and volunteers.

     YLMC graduates are presenting a check to representatives from the Humane Society and Heminger House.  The YLMC members held a car wash on April 14th at Oliver Ford to raise money for these two agencies.
