02/20/13 On Monday, February 19th at 2:54 PM, Officer Shanna Gilmer with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a male shoplifter who was also known to be trespassing. Upon arriving to the scene contact was made with 35 year old, William J. Daily of Rochester who was arrested for theft and criminal trespassing. After further investigation it was discovered that Mr. Daily had an active warrant out of Kosciusko County for Larceny. Mr. Daily was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked on a $3,005 bond and held for Kosciusko County.
On Tuesday, February 19th at 4:35 AM, Officer Gary Cleveland responded to 2420 Lake Avenue after being dispatched to a fight in progress. Upon responding to the location dispatch informed Officer Cleveland that 19 year old, Steven Cogswell of Adams Street in Plymouth had left on foot. Mr. Cogswell was located a short time later and was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody for minor consuming and was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $505 bond.
