05/06/13 On Thursday, April 30th Plymouth Police Sergeant Mark Owen responded to 706 North First Street with the Marshall County Probation Department for a home visit. Arriving at the residence officers along with a County Probation Officer entered the residence and detected the smell of marijuana. 48 year old Donna B. Carpenter of Argos was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. She was taken into custody and transported to the County Jail where he was booked in on a $3,005 bond.
On Thursday, May 2nd at approximately 8:45 P.M. Officer Paul Stamper arrested 53 year old, Margarito Marin of Plymouth for operating a vehicle without ever having received a license. Marin was transported to the County Jail and booked on a $255 cash bond. He was released about two hours later at 10:50 P.M. after posting his bond.
