08/19/13 Kindergarten at Triton Elementary School is a room full of new beginnings this year.
The students are beginning their first year at the elementary school as are their teacher, Sarah Blake, and instructional assistant, Johna Snyder. This is Ms. Blake’s first year as a teacher and Mrs. Snyder’s first year as an aide. Another new beginning will be coming up for Ms. Blake…she just got engaged!
Lockers are a new thing to students entering seventh grade at Triton Jr.-Sr. High School. Teacher, Jason Groves, assists new 7th grader Baelon Owen, with how to work his locker combination to get the day started.
Brand new first grade teacher, Jordan Kinn Smith, helps her first graders get the learning underway at Triton Elementary School. This is a year of many firsts for Jordan. She starts her first teaching job this week and she’s getting married on Friday!
